About Us

Real Time Realty was established on the 4th of July 2009 to provide a better alternative for buyers and sellers.  Joe & Becky Casper have been buying, selling and managing real estate in Southeastern Wisconsin since 1998.  We enjoy sharing our knowledge and experience with others and we take a lot of pride in our work.  

Unfortunately, a majority of Realtors are taught to harass prospective clients to obtain their business.  Many call a potential lead as many as 12 times within the first week!  Buyers and sellers who are simply looking for information online find themselves in an endless barrage of phone calls, auto texts and bulk emails.  

We do not believe in those tactics with our brokerage.  If you are looking for an honest, hard working professional who will go the extra mile, we are here to help!
